For NICU Parents and Caregivers
If you are the parent or primary caregiver of a baby who is currently or was previously in the NICU, you can request a care package at no cost to you.

Requests made by anyone else (friends, relatives, or staff) through this form will not be processed.

If you would like to gift a care package to a family, please use the second form instead.
To Gift a Care Package to a Family
If you would like to send a care package to a NICU family you know, a $65 donation is required to cover the cost of materials, packaging, and postage.
Once you’ve made your donation through our website, please complete the Gift a Care Package Form and include your donation confirmation number where requested.
This step allows us to verify your donation and begin creating the package with care and attention.
Special Requests
We love adding meaningful touches that reflect each family’s story — whether it’s a favorite color, theme, or small detail that brings comfort.
While we do our best to honor special requests, they are fulfilled as resources and current capacity allow and cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally, there may be a delay in shipping due to illness (we never want to risk spreading germs to fragile little ones) or when we need to order specific materials to fulfill a request within budget.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — every package is prepared with genuine love and care.
